Hi to Move social icons to the Footer you need to Edit the contents of header.php. Copy the social Icons code and move it to Footer.php. But, you are on your own here. Do this is u have minimal HTML/CSS knowledge.

Also, if you want an exmail subscription option. You could enable jetpack and add its email subscribe to any of the footer widgets.

I didn’t understand your first question. Could you be a little more specific.

And for second question, you need edit header.php and replace the icons with your desired text or image.

That could happen for a very short time period on slow internet devices. I wouldn’t consider a major issue.

Thanks for Reporting the issue. I will fix it ASAP. But, to resolve it in the time being, it is requested to place the images folder in your child theme as well.

You can alter all properties by targeting the #site-navigation CSS id.
