In most cases, such an issue can occur with plugins relying on shortcodes if the corresponding closing shortcode is missing, due to which, the shortcode fails to render.

If it works with a default theme like Twnety Twenty Two or Twenty Twenty One, then it looks like the issue might be arising from the theme being used at your end.
I can recommend checking it to make sure that the latest version of theme is being used to avoid any compatibility issues.

The 35.1 version was released in March 2021. However, there were no major changes made which can cause such an issue.
Are you getting any errors in the browser console on pages where the editor is failing to render? It will be also helpful if you can activate the debug mode and check if there are any errors that are being displayed on pages where the issue occurs.Forum: Reviews

The vcv-hubTeaserTemplates and vcv-hubTeaserElements record in the database are used to store responses from API related to premium templates and elements. The size of these together cannot be 90 MB.
In most cases, the database size can be affected due to the number of revisions stored. I can recommend you to check it by clearing the revisions on your setup.
