So, I found out why. I need to approve the first comment to the user for the achievement unlock!
Changed this in config > discussion, and it works great now!
Ok, just ignore this, I found that was an extension of firefox that was causing it. Sorry for the post. The ads only appeared after I activated your plugin.

I had the same problem, the solution was to delete that part of code.
You can open he file upgrade.php which is in buddypress-docs/includes and delete the lines 60-63 which is the <div class=”message error”>.
That will make the error massage desappear. And if you want to upgrade just go to the tab upgrade under the Buddypress Docs menu.
