1) Which version of the plugin do you have installed?
We have version 9.0.24 of WP-Live chat installed
2) Which version of WordPress do you use?
We have version 5.5.3 of WordPress
3) Which version of PHP do you use?
We have version 7.3.12 of PHP
4) In which language is your WordPress installation?
The site language is English UK
5) Do you use any translation plugin?
We have no translation plugin installed
6) Do you get this error only when you are trying to open Tools section in admin or in any page?
We only get the error when clicking on the Tools section within the WP-Live chat menu
