Dear Sir,

No, I didn’t modify anything also I tried to disable all plugins but we still have the same issue.
You can have a try if you want to disable anything.

Dear Sir,
The WP DEBUG was set to False as shown:
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

If I changed to true is it going to solve the problem?
