I now tried several solutions and updated the plugin, but is still shows the button “Submit”.

I think the problem is caused by the theme… when I active another theme, the page settings are available. When I activate fruitful again, my page settings are not working anymore…

Yeah, I thought exactly the same. But when I’m editing a page I only see the word “Layout” under page settings. I can click it, but then nothing happens?
