Bill Erickson inspired me to solve this issue by moving the ACF’s into blocks and lock them in the desired order and position. This way you can add a header / paragraph / footer to a curtain post type.

Hi, I’m making happily use of ACF blocks, it works super and lets you register the block, fields ánd callback in a single php file that you can quickly share between projects: great for a modular approach!
However: for some fixed page element like header elements I’d love to have fixed ACF’s above the Gutenberg editor. But this seems impossible? Position setting: high (Above the editor) doesn’t work.
Any help moving ACF’s above the content editor would be great.
Thanks for the great plugin, an essential to all my sites.
Thank you all,
for some reason moving my site to a server made my css attempts work.. For some reason in Mamp all locig solutions wouldn’t work.
Anyhow, great theme 🙂 thank you
