i figured it out. I didn’t know i needed to add a condition to show the menu. I thought it automatically added it. I set the condition to site and the header now works.

I am having this same issue and the header shows up when i deactivate Jeg kit. Please help because I have not heard back from Envato about this. I have tried all the things you posted above. My site is Boss Ladies Gastrobar – Eat, Drink, Shoot like a Boss

I have Jeg Elementor kit 2.6.8
