Good Morning!
I don’t think the use of Latch be the problem. Because only If you have paired Latch with your WordPress Site and you have activated the Autolock option (inside your APP on the SmartPhone)it would be possible.
If this is how it is, the solution would be very easy. Open Latch on your smartphone, click on the wordpress service you have created and disable Autolock.
