Update: no, it doesn’t work really well because guest users cannot scroll the page or interact with it even if I didn’t disable the page scrolling.

thank you so much for your suggestion.Honestly I don’t think the issue is only related to the user role, because the plugin was unable to sync to the ActiveCampaign account only some users.
Anyway I left the Limit User Roles field empty and it seems to work fine, but sometimes I get the following error: “No contact ID for user. Failed to apply tag(s)”
Do you know what may be the reason for this error?

thank you for your prompt reply.Yes, I have already selected the subscriber role into the “Limit User Roles” field.
I also tried to enable all user roles, but the issue remains.The two websites have the same structure and settings, the same plugins and the same layout. So I don’t understand why on one website it works fine and on the other it doesn’t.
