In reply to: [GeneratePress] Making Images Responsive – Not Stacked?Sorry, that’s in Customize mode in GPress that they appear like that in desktop, in normal website view they’re ok π
With the tablet – in order to arrange all 6 images across the top presumably I change % to 16.6 and they now appear in row in both desktop and tablet when in customize GP and looks ok in desktop outside of customizer – just checking this is correct way to go?Thanks.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Making Images Responsive – Not Stacked? Thanks – almost, but now the desktop images are performing like in tablet – being stretched to 3 a row.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Making Images Responsive – Not Stacked?Oh that works beautifully, but in tablet mode it stretches images out as it acts as it should for mobile responsive I’m guessing. Would it be possible to get additional css for tablet?
If that’s doable, thanks David.- This reply was modified 6 years, 3 months ago by rob33.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Making Images Responsive – Not Stacked?Hi David,
No was just referring to how I’d like images to appear in responsive essentially. Some css would be magic, I have removed envira shortcode and set normal wp image gallery to 6 columns – 6 images. I ideally liked the way enviro arranged them in desktop mode, pls see ss with tick next to it – just 1px between each image i think – so side query is if this is also possible in current wp gallery?
For responsive look – now they appear as rigid line of six instead of stacking one on top of the other. But as queried ideally prefer 1 x 2 – 1 row x 2 x columns (images).
Actual image size of all 6 images are 290 x 305. FYI when stacked this stretches them.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Some queries about colorsErm, just one niggle, under Customizing βΈ Typography Slideout Navigation, the sub-menu items might also have a font size issue as not showing but parent is. Checked throughout typography…. last issue.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Some queries about colorsYou are correct – didn’t think to check font size, π – Thanks.
Using v2.2 though so found under Customizing βΈ Typography Slideout Navigation (as I should have explored.)
Cheers Tom.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Some queries about colorsAlso – how were you able to control the color prior to pro feature? After you got to here: Customize > Colors > Primary Navigation – ??? which is where i’m at what was the next step in choosing a font color or was it a default color and there was no option ? Right now the links are there but words aren’t showing.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Some queries about colorsb) The icon inherits the menu item color
The ” menu item color ” is located at ? I’m in V2.2 – would you kindly be able to specify path – for ex: Customizing βΈ Colors Primary Navigation or is the font color located Header – I’ve been through all colors on all sections religiously and simply cant locate where the text color is located.
This is how it looks for now:

I have tried this previously – nothing happens when i go through Customizing βΈ Layout Slideout Navigation and set Slideout Navigation to – On.
Nothing appears on the right, or if I set to left, nothing appears.
I understand you are bound by your rules but having previously purchased premium and now expired, kinda stuck in no mans land here and after a few requests for paths and such like above I don’t feel there’s going to be any elaborataion here.
Anyway – appreciate the input. Cheers.
OK – gonna try to nail this today.
Tom: Youβre definitely better off customizing the default menu toggle bars in the theme.
Any chance you could specify the paths for doing this pls
Yes correct – like you have already set up as a default 3 bar menu image in tablet/phone – which didn’t realize were there prior to asking as 1st time using GP more comprehensively.
Under Customizing βΈ Menus View All Locations: I see you have a Slideout Menu – can this be used to serve this purpose?

Just where I’m still not clear.
Thanks Tom. The Off Canvas Panel I don’t have in my previous GP premium edition – I will need to subscribe another yr I believe for this to appear.
You’re definitely better off customizing the default menu toggle bars in the theme.
the default menu toggle bars in the theme – presuming you mean under Customizer > Layout > Header
So sorry, for me to add an image for my menu in top right – it can be achieved this way – just for desktop?
Leave you in peace shortly π
