Sorry for my English.
What I want is that customers pay only in CVE (Cape Verde Currency) and in woocommerce this currency does not appear. All payments will be via bank transfer. Do I have to add a plugin?

Not quite understood what you meant by functionality. At the moment I just have wordpress installed. Do I have to add a plugin?
