Ok, I did set the Everywhere Display rule, cleared the website and as long as I am logged in in WP, it works. But after logging out, the popup doesn’t open ;-(

I never had a display rule. The popups are activated by a button (i. E. Class: sg-popup-id-26618).
All popups worked for years without any problems. But from some point of time now they don’t work anymore. Since I don’t look at my homepage every day, I can’t say exactly since when.Thanks for your reply.

I have already deleted “Theme My Login-Plugin” and and reinstalled.
By calling the preview of the lostpassword-page or the resetpass-page the My-Profile-page opens.
