Hi I just wanted to follow up to this thread in case someone else runs into the same issue. I called my host (host gator) and they were able to reset my password. Problem solved!

my website (stockspinoffinvesting.com) is all messed up. When I try to login, I get the message that my username or password is wrong. When I try to reset my password, I get the message “ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address.”
Any advice?
