In reply to: [WC - APG NIF/CIF/NIE Field] NIF field + Checkout block + Admin pedidosI updated to version 4.12. When I open an existing order, enter the NIF number B777777, and save it, the old number appears after I refresh the page. Everything in the database remains the same, as if nothing had changed…

In reply to: [WC - APG NIF/CIF/NIE Field] NIF field + Checkout block + Admin pedidosI create an order, enter the NIF number, then open that order in wp-admin and try to edit the NIF field. I enter the new number, but after updating the order, the old number remains. I’ve added screenshots to the folder accessible via the link, including a screenshot from the database showing that only one of the three billing_nif fields is being updated. By the way, why are there so many meta fields for the same data? This is the wc_orders_meta table.

I understand you. The warning, I think, is also very easy to miss. Maybe just display it in the general Inventory Logs list, including Logs with the Unknown status? As it works in Purchase Orders.

The most critical issue is that the Inventory log is saved with the status “Unknown.” Can it be saved with a correct status so that it can be found later? We have already had many such situations, which led to employees thinking they had not created stock reservations and doing it again.
Thank you
Thanks for your answer
The steps are the same, but employees forget to complete step 5: “Clicked the ‘Create’ button to save the Inventory Log” and close this tab in the browser. And I can understand them—it’s really easy to forget since this action doesn’t seem mandatory. After that, the Inventory Log will still be saved, but the situation I described earlier will occur—it won’t be reflected in the general list and will have the status “Unknown”.

In reply to: [WC - APG NIF/CIF/NIE Field] HPOS Support?Thank you for your reply.
For some reason on the main website when switching to HPOS it does not want to save the NIF number when creating a new order.
I’m trying to repeat this error on a copy of the website, but everything works correctly there and saves. Apparently there is a conflict with some plugin, but I have not been able to find out which one.

504 Gateway Time-out we got error
It’s Purchase Orders in Atum Free
And we use Atum action logs
I got that “big order” again today. Purchase Order for 250 products. It doesn’t manage to execute for max_execution_time even if I set it to 20 minutes. As a result, some of the products have increased stock, PO status changes to recieved…some products have increased stock, but no PO Notes are added. But most of the products have not changed their stock. We can select status – Pending and click Update – for some products the stock decreases back, for some products it doesn’t. Then we will try again to change to Recieved status, but the result will be the same =(.
After that, it’s a complete mess with the product stock =(((
How can this be fixed? And why does this process take so long?
