As I explained, I went into ‘Appearance: menus’ to make the edit. There is only one menu there. So, there is no other way to make the changes.

In answer to your questions, my Zoho mail account does have an email address to which I’d like the messages to go to. The address is [name]@[my-domain-name]. And I only installed the SMTP plugin as the test message from the website didn’t arrive in my email inbox. So, it was suggested that the plugin was the solution.
