5 days after installing WP Touch v3.3.1 everything is running at normal speed, with no sign of the slowdown behaviour. Thanks for the fix.
In the Form Settings tab there is the option “Require user to be logged in to view form?” in the “Basic Form Behavior Settings” section.
@andrew, the issue is covered in the top item in the Atuhualpa subforum.
I hit this problem but luckily had seen mention of it in the Atahualpa forums before installing.
Go to the Atahualpa settings (Apperance > Atahualpa Theme Options) and separately save the settings in “Header Area” and “Footer” sections.
That should fix it.
