Hi Saravanan,

I’m wondering, if I disable the ‘Enable Standard Tracking’ option, and use Google’s Official Sitekit plugin to track the other parts of the site, would this be a workable solution?

Or would I see duplicate tracking due to the GA ID being implemented twice?

Hi Saravanan,

Thanks for your reply. Could you elaborate on what the issue with these caching plugins is, and how you were able to tell this from the report? I don’t own this site or have any knowledge of how it was specifically constructed, so I’m a little hesitant to disable plugins.

I believe there are some crucial plugins that I cannot disable, such as Elementor itself. From the 13 active plugins in the status report above, would you be able to highlight any that may likely be the culprit?

I also note that some of these plugins haven’t been updated to their current versions. Might updating these help with resolving the issue?

If not, I will attempt to troubleshoot on my end, though I’m not sure if this will be possible.

Hi Vedanshu,

Thanks for your reply on this. I’ve already enabled this setting (‘Enable Standard Tracking’) in my Plugin Settings. It’s actually been enabled since I installed my GA ID.

I’ve read other forum posts that this solved similar problems others were facing, but it hasn’t helped for mine. Could it be that the setting is not saved or something? Otherwise, could there be another cause?

For additional context – I did not create this site, but I’ve been asked to implement GA tracking on it. The site is built on Elementor as well.

Hi Arun, Thanks very much for your reply.

Yes, the ‘Payment’ page in this case refers to the checkout page. As shared before, I note that my ‘Cart’ and ‘Checkout’ pages are tracked on GA now, but the other pages are not.

My site’s address is https://arktivate.life

The URLs for the pages that are tracked are the following:
– https://arktivate.life/cart/
– https://arktivate.life/checkout-page/

If you view the source code for these pages, you can locate the GA tracking code. This code does not appear on any of the other pages.
