Hi Jeremy,

what a shame I’ve got to open this query again. As you could see the like/share counter yourself a few days ago – you sent me a screen shot – don’t you think its odd they are not visible again.

I am aware you gave advise to look into my browsers plug-ins. I still insist that the trouble here is one caused by the recent upgrades of WP and Jetpack.

Please look into the issue again.

Hi Jeremy,

that worked thanks, will do for now. Be advised though, that the official icon+text is still playing up. Something to fix with the next update;-)

Hi Jeremy,

it might further help to know – Safari and iOS no issue.
Firefox and IE don’t display all icons. FB and Gmail wont show.

Hi Jeremy,

it might help you to know, that the worst affected ‘Share’ icons not showing are Facebook and Gmail

Hi there,

it’s a shame I can’t send you a screenshot. The problem persists. In all fairness not in Safari – which loads my page very slowly though.

I don’t use any anti-virus software.

I would also like to stress that until a few days ago – before I upgraded to the latest version of WP and JetPack, all worked fine. Pageload time was good and social media icons displayed correctly when hovering over ‘Share’.

Please try to resolve the issue.

Latest update:

Facbook Share button has disappeared now as well – my setting. According to my sharing settings each post should display a button for: facebook, twitter, pocket, gmail

Hope you manage to resolve this soon.
