1. Your file permissions are not correct … As I said, the permissions check on the host shows all permissions are correct.
2. You are out of space on your hosting… My reseller hosting comes with unlimited space. The website in question is a tiny new development.

Honestly, if either of those was the problem, I wouldn’t have had to ask the question here because they’re the first things I’d look at during my own diagnosis. Point 1 especially, since the error report mentions file permissions.

Any other ideas?
