In reply to: [WP Super FAQ] [Plugin: WP Super FAQ] Searching the FAQsUgh, I hate that this doesn’t e-mail me when someone posts on this topic. Sorry I never got back to you as I just saw your question now. I am glad you got it working and hopefully it wasn’t too much trouble.

In reply to: [WP Super FAQ] [Plugin: WP Super FAQ] Displaying only 5 FAQsHmmm, I haven’t been able to recreate this error unfortunately. I have tried 5-6 themes from the repo with success. Maybe you can convince Elegant Themes to give me a trial copy just to test this/fix this for you. It is tough to debug without being able to recreate it.

In reply to: [WP Super FAQ] [Plugin: WP Super FAQ] Feature RequestsSounds good. If you want to send any code at any point I would be happy to take a look and include it if I feel it will be useful to all. (I am kind the judge and jury on it unfortunately =).

In reply to: [WP Super FAQ] [Plugin: WP Super FAQ] Feature RequestsThanks! I will probably add some of these slowly. One of my goals is to keep the plugin as simple as possible and trying to avoid an Admin settings section. The slug change and div are easily doable and I will probably add those options in the next version. The link to page is a little trickier when trying to deal with shortcodes only.

In reply to: [WP Super FAQ] [Plugin: WP Super FAQ] Displaying only 5 FAQsCan you provide me a link to show me the site you are working on? This error did show up in the earlier version of the plugin but I thought I fixed it. What version of the plugin are you using? Basically, that number is being set by the Settings > Reading option in the admin panel to limit the number of posts per page. It should be ignored now by WP Super FAQ. If it isn’t I will fix it ASAP. Please let me know.

In reply to: [WP Super FAQ] [Plugin: WP Super FAQ] Collapsing CategoriesThis should be doable with a little jQuery, let me take a look and I will try and get back to you as soon as possible.

In reply to: [WP Super FAQ] multiple instances of wp-super-faq on website? In version 0.4 you can now show only specific categories using a shortcode. This should be able to do what you want. I will go ahead and add an option that can show multiple FAQs by category sometime in the near future.

In reply to: [WP Super FAQ] [Plugin: WP Super FAQ] Brokenabda,
I haven’t had a chance to get a site up yet for the FAQ plugin =). I am working on that now. I figured people could leave a comment on the heatmap page for a day or so but you are quick.I am glad you got it fixed, I was starting to get worried I really screwed something up. Hopefully it works better then a zero rating. If you have any other issues let me know.

In reply to: [WP Super FAQ] [Plugin: WP Super FAQ] BrokenJust to make sure…
1. You can install and activate the plugin without issue?
2. You can add new questions using the FAQ tab in Admin?
3. You have created a new ‘Page’ called FAQ or something?
4. You have added the shortcode [wp_super_faq] to that page?
5. You added that page to your menu or a way to navigate to it?

In reply to: [WP Super FAQ] [Plugin: WP Super FAQ] BrokenWithin the plugin directory you can change the name of the plugin file without issue I believe. I am not sure about the link you sent because I get a 404 error when I try to follow it. Are you getting an error about the ‘wp_super_faq’ directory somewhere? The name of the directory is actually set by the WordPress repo system itself so I don’t believe that is an issue. What version of WordPress are you using?
I’ll do my best to get this working for you. There is no reason it shouldn’t be.
