Hi Tom
Thanks for taking a look and letting me know. I will contact them to ask for further assistance.
Can I just check though, was I right about the piece of code above to say that is the bit from your original code that relates to getting the text to wrap? And the rest of your code was purely general colour and size changes for the layout.

In reply to: Assistance with Child Twenty Eleven ThemeHi Andrew
That’s great, thank you so much.
However, I’ve searched and searched and even used firebug and cannot work out where that line of code is 🙁
I’ve been through my child css, the main parent css but nothing!
Are you able to see which file this code is in please?
Thank you for your continued patience!!
Jo

In reply to: Assistance with Child Twenty Eleven ThemeAhhh okay, thanks for that Andrew. So just need to delete the line margin: 40px;?
I did do that and it still didn’t work.
However, since then I have successfully got Carousel working on other WordPress sites I’m working on so assume it’s a conflict with a plugin on the problem site maybe?
Thanks
Jo

In reply to: Assistance with Child Twenty Eleven ThemeHi Andrew
That screen grab is of the main home page which hasn’t been generated in WordPress. That’s what I’m trying to match with my child theme.
Try this….

In reply to: Assistance with Child Twenty Eleven ThemeHi
That worked great thank you!
Only thing now though is although the content is the perfect width that I would like it to be it has pushed it all over to the left hand side of the screen, how do I center it again please?
Sorry, still learning! :-/
Many thanks

Ah okay. I use a plugin I bought called Sugar Slider that allows me to have an image slider on the home page but I need to use this so am unable to deactivate this to see if that’s my problem 🙁 However, when I was testing I did deactivate all plugins at that time and it still didn’t seem to be working. I will try again on a development version. Thanks
No, I tried deactivating all plugins related to images to see if something was affecting it but it still didn’t work.
However, not sure if this is related or not but I’ve been having some problems uploading a few images as well. Not all images but some. I receive the following error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16000 bytes) in /home/jamiefly/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 258
Could it be a related problem as they’re both image errors?
I did try that way, and I also tried using the built in gallery option within wordpress but still no joy.
Yes I did. Just didn’t work at all. No errors or anything. Just had no affect on the images at all.
I’ve actually installed another plugin for now that is working. But would be great if I could get the jetpack issue resolved and use that instead.
Hi Rajesh
Many thanks, tried that plugin and it worked straight away!!
Thank you so much.
Don’t suppose you know a plugin that will also ‘blur’ the edges of images as well do you?

In reply to: Problems uploading imagesHi Krishna
Apologies for the delay in responding.
I tried the suggestions you made above but still couldn’t upload images. I still received the same error even with all plugins deactivated and the Twenty Eleven theme selected.
Anything else you think I should try?
Many thanks

In reply to: Problems uploading imagesUnfortunately I’m still getting the error 🙁
I’ve just tried uploading a 1.5mb photo and received this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16000 bytes) in /home/jamiefly/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 258
