<title><?php bloginfo('name'); ?><?php wp_title(); ?></title>Isn’t that supposed to be in the header.php?
This might be the cause of the WP SEO not being able to work properly.
Just adding a custom meta title to homepage instead of displaying WordPress title will do it for me.

In reply to: [Clean Retina] Fonts are not clear enoughOMG! Finally I might have figured it out. Apparently the issue is happening while browsing via a secure connection.
Please see the red marked place in the image below. Everything looks perfect once I click on the ‘Load unsafe script’ or when directly visiting the non secured page.

It might be something you can do on your end 😀 since I’ve not installed any script.
