Changed my review – still wanting the refund that you’ve offered.
I appreciate you reaching out but I would have preferred to have the plugin work since it worked on my other site. As per my revised review, I see no reason why the plugin should work on one site, but then not work on the other which, apart from being on a subdomain, is almost identical with regards to structure and plugins. I followed all the directions, read and followed the suggestions that your team made regarding the issue, but no dice – so if you don’t mind, I would like that refund. Many thanks again.
