Problem solved. The custom post type sections caused the problem. I contacted the themify theme and they suggested to disable the sections display and instead use their Builder to create the home page.
The new version of the theme in fact disables Section post type (see: http://themify.me/blog/section-post-type-removed-parallax-flat-theme) and uses Builder to create the page.

Yes, my theme uses custom post types. Besides the standard ‘posts’ and ‘pages’, the theme has ‘sections’, ‘highlights’, ‘portofolios’ and ‘teams’.
My problem appears in the order of ‘sections’. I don’t use the other custom post types, so i don’t know if the problem appears there too.
The theme I am using is ‘parallax’ by themify.link to my page: http://www.rev-test.com/winefields
