Did you resolve this? I also have the issue.
I have followed the instructions to the letter and the global bulk doesn’t work how i would expect, at least not with multiple product types.
For instance, in my case, if someone buys 2 or more products, they should get a 5% discount.
In practise, the plug-in is doing the following:
If 2x product1 are in the cart, it will correctly discount 5%
If 2x product2 are in the cart, it will correctly discount 5%
If 1x Product1 & 1x Product2 is in the cart, it will not discount
If 2x product1 & 1x product2 is in the cart, it will only discount product1.
Any help with this would be great, its a fantastic plug-in with just this one issue.
