Are any of you guys using a custom template page on the page that contains the form? I was having the same issue with a form not showing up on a page that uses a custom template and I changed it to use the default template and everything started working. Weirdness.
Actually, no. I’ve had to completely remove the theme information from my style sheet so that my browser isn’t completely filled with my css code when I’m in the theme viewer.
The problem is definitely rooted within the theme description, I just haven’t been able to figure out why.
Thanks for the reply, Jeremy. I’ve checked and double checked my theme description and I’m still seeing the markup. Is there any other reason that I might be experiencing this problem?
