In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Admin panel does not loadHi dangson,
Sound like you copied an older plugin version database over as the new search options were added in 3.0.7?
Hi there,
It works in every tablet I have ever tested it on – are you sure you have the breakpoint width set high enough?
All the best
Hi there,
Thanks for this – by any chance did you have a beta version installed before upgrading?
It seems it hasnt copied across the new settings and I cant say why.
Can you try finding the option “RMVer” in your wp_options database and change it back to 3.0.6 and then refresh the page to see if that fixes it?
All the best
Sorry I meant the jQuery UI script, not normal jQuery.
If you could send me screenshots of the issues that woulf be great
Hi there,
Do you have jQuery loaded in your admin area? Sortable is a jquery function so if it says it doesnt exist its probably because of that.
Please let me know
You’re welcome 🙂
Hi Brianna,
Unfortunately thats something different then – the header bar etc. are only included in the pro version so your old developer mustve done some work outside of my plugin to include all the extra functionality.
Its impossible for me to say what your old developer had done but there are some class name changes in the new version but if you are unable to contact your old developer your best bet is to download the old 2.8.9 version from the Developer tab on my WordPress plugin main page and revert back to that until you can get hold of your old developer or hire a new one to perform the work with the new plugin.
I hope that helps.
Hi Brianna,
The mobile menu generally looks ok except the 3 lines in the button arent showing thats all.
What value do you have saved under the Button tab for options such as line colour?
All the best
You’re welcome!

You are welcome – I hope you get it upgraded soon and can enjoy the plugin!
All the best
Hi there,
Sure just click the Developer tab on my main plugin page and then scroll down the page until you see 2.8.9 and click on it, this will download an older version for you.
All the best

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Cannot activate pluginHi there,
Can you confirm what PHP version you are running? When it auto deactivates it should tell you it has been deactivated with an error message – strange if it is not doing it for you.
For your information you need PHP 5.4+
Hey Vitago,
Did you get anywhere with this?
