Even discovered some plugins i had forgot about.
And it would be very help full to beginners.
So i hope you can get it out to them.
May bee keep what is most important for beginners
on the front page. well just an idea.

Problem is solved -))
File system was not correct, one folder whit flags.png was in a folder moved folder up solved the problem.

Deleting all in cpanel.And wp 2.6.5
down loading wp 2.6.5. once again.
upload it again whit the same theme files.
and to my great suprise it works.!!
No problem.
