I’ve figured this out on my own.
Maybe LyraThemes considers my support needs as part of the support that they do not offer. It is possible, as I am not clear as to what is considered what as far as support goes, otherwise I wouldn’t be asking for help.
If I was wrong to reach out to LT instead of WP, a response back from LT to guide me to the appropriate support team would have been greatly appreciated, especially since I am paying LT money every month for their assistance.
I believe I have resolved my support need on my own thanks to online research.
