In reply to: [Simple Feedback Widget] How to customize labels?Hi nicocasei,
Just came out of the development iteration meeting and we agreed that we will be implementing the ability to change the other text labels (the two placeholders “What I really like…” and “Tell us who you are…” and the text at the end “Thank you…”).
Appreciate your input!
Plan is to have this change on the rekommend.io side live by end of week 4 (next week ending 29th of January 2016). We then need to get our WP Plugin team to update the plugin admin interface so that you that you can update this directly from WordPress which should be done by end of week 6 (week ending 12th of February).
We can set you up on rekommend.io on a free account so that you can go ahead and update your question end of next week.
Will post update here.
Have a great weekend.

In reply to: [Simple Feedback Widget] How to customize labels?Understood, the widget shows an iframe which is hosted on rekommend.io so there is no way to directly edit what’s in that iframe.
Currently the user can only customise the question text itself and the language, but we understand that changing the placeholder values would be valuable to you (and likely to other users).
We’ll discuss it in our development iteration review next week and get back to you here.
Thanks for your input!

In reply to: [Simple Feedback Widget] How to customize labels?Cheers Nicocasel and thanks for your question.
In terms of customising the other text elements such as “What I really like…’ etc. we currently support a few languages (English – default, Spanish, German, French and Norwegian).
Changing the language of your question is done on our back-end, we can do that for you, it’s a quick change. Good idea to add that customisation directly in the WP Plugin Admin Interface.
Or are you looking to change the text to something else instead of another language? If so, let us know and we can look into creating another wording option which is more appropriate for you (and probably more users).
At this stage we decided not to make that text freely editable to keep it simple for most users.
Looking forward to your response and thanks again for installing our widget!
