It is just a blank white page with the eliminator logo in the center. the page doesnt load. not sure how to add a screenshot in here?

None of my plugins seem to be accessible. I also cannot get into eliminator it just shows a white screen and never loads. I am using the inspiro theme right now. I tried switching the theme to twenty sixteen to see if that worked but did not have any success with that either.
