UPDATE: I did see that my quarantine showed 370 files, well, quarantined. Can I assume it all worked like it was meant to?

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] Video not working in Chrome?Before I send export, the issue is not autoplay nor volume. Those work no matter the setting.
It was that the videos simply were not playing in my Chrome, but now it seems they do play when i’m in incognito mode, which confuses me but seems to imply that I have some weird Chrome setting that messes with Smart Slider 3.
My concern was that if this is an issue you have seen before, because I don’t want to publish these if a percentage of Chrome users can’t view them due to some setting they have.

I cleared the cached from the server. Cleared my browser cache. Still not working in Chrome (but still working in Edge and Firefox).
However, when I go to incognito the videos work (!).
So it seems there’s something weird with my logged-in Chrome settings? Have you come across this before?
I want to use Smart Slider, but need to make sure that it will work no matter what (in case others have same settings in Chrome that I do)

Just so we’re clear, the linked page has 3 slides. Slide 1 is just a pic. Slide 2 had a short video that was set to autoplay (and did autoplay in MS Edge and Firefox). Slide 3 had a longer video that was NOT set to autoplay (but still worked on click in Edge and Firefox).
I just went in and changed slide to to NOT autoplay. I also set both videos to MUTE.
Still having the same issues.
1) Does not work in Chrome (on any machine I have – PC, Chromebook, Mac)
2) Does work in Edge and Firefox (as well as Firefox on Mac)My Chrome build is the latest (Version 68.0.3440.106)
The Console error in Chrome Inspect Panel as I posted above is only for Slide 2.
Slide 3 it seems to be consistently downloading the file (if I’m looking at the Network panel) but it is not actually playing anything.

Not worried about the autoplay that was only to test it out.
But I have tested the video(s) on 3 different machines using Chrome (PC, Chromebook, Airbook) and none them work, while other browsers do seem to play the videos.
I did as you suggested, this is the error code I get from the Console:
