By default, only one property type can be assigned to a listing in WPL.However, to overcome this, you can create a new feature type field from flex, choose the Params type as Multiple, and add all the possible options.
Afterwards, you’ll be able to assign multiple of those options to a single property, effectively achieving the desired result.The new field can also be added to the search widget, where the users would be able to select multiple options at once.

You can add location to your search by editing the search widget from Appearance, and going to the “Address Map” section.
From the mentioned section, you’ll be able to drag “Location” to the list of fields, and edit the algorithm for it as desired.For more information, you can check our video going over search widget options:

Thanks for your feedback.You can insert the property title in the URL by following the below steps:
Going to the WPL -> Settings -> SEO, and copying the structure that is inserted next to Listing Title (That structure renders the property title).
Afterwards, you can paste the copied structure in Listing Link Pattern, and clear the WPL properties page title cache.With that, the property title should appear in the URL as well.
