I also contacted woocommerce believing there might be a block placed by their plugin. They replied that the plugin EU/UK VAT Manager for WooCommerce is not compatible with the latest version of wordpress and woocommerce, is it possible?
I’ve installed wordpress 6.1.1 and woocommerce 7.5.1

In reply to: [WooCommerce] VAT is valid but exempion isn’t applied on cartThank you for your answer, as I wrote before, I have already contacted the support of the plugin that has already done the tests, I also tried another plugin (EU/UK VAT Manager for WooCommerce, recently updated and maintained) that has the exact same problem so I don’t think it is the two tested plugins, that would be a strange coincidence, since I recently updated woocommerce I thought it was a woocommerce bug and that’s why I wrote to you. Can you please check if there is any error or block set by woocommerce during the checkout update?

I read the guide at the link provided and checked the info entered in the Stripe Express account. The email address entered is correct but the .csv transactions reports are sent to the website administrator address. The website administrator address isn’t used in the Stripe Express account.
Maybe there is a string of code that I can put inside functions.php to customize the transactions report receiving email address?

I also did other tests, I installed a plugin that allowed me to activate and deactivate the plugins without impacting the online site.
The problem occurs even if I try to leave only woocommerce active, even using the base theme Twenty Twenty-two.
Could it be some server setting? But I don’t see anything wrong on Woocommerce > status page.

I’ve checked the message saved in the settings and is correct, tried to clear the cache, disable some plugins and nothing changed.
I did some tests, the problem occurs only on the product page if I add a quantity of products to the cart that exceeds the one set using the following method:
the maximum quantity set is 1500, I add 1000 products to the cart, reload the page and try to add another 1000 products to the cart exceeding the maximum quantity of 1500.I found what was causing the problem, there was a tag placed in two rules, for that reason i was seeing multiple discounts applied on a single product.

I’ve set other rules similar to the one described before, only one should be applied per product based on the tags listed in “Filter by products”.
I’ve activated Debug and added 1 product to the cart, I see that all rules are applied to cart item.
Why the tags listed in “Filter by products” are not taken into consideration?
Shouldn’t they be linked with the qty based set in “Bulk mode”?
How can I apply percentage discounts based on the quantity of products that have a specific tag assigned?
