Hello Dmytro,
Thank you for your help.
I changed the date format from “d/m/Y” to “j/m/A” as suggested and tested it again.
The issue is now resolved:
- The selected date is displayed correctly.
- Form submissions are stored correctly.
- Email notifications also show the correct date format.
Thank you for reproducing the issue and forwarding it to the developers. I will use “j/m/A” as a workaround until a future fix is released.
