I was not able to locate the page that uses the checkout block on your site, however, I have tested it on my local site and you can override the color of some buttons using custom CSS!

Meanwhile, to disable Apple Pay you will need to disable the Express Checkout on your site and the settings for that depend based on the payment gateway you are using!

Can you please clarify what happens if you use a 3DS Test Card with Stripe in test mode? Does it trigger the 3DS?
Stripe triggers 3DS automatically if required by a regulatory mandate such as Strong Customer Authentication. You can also use Radar rules or the API to control when to prompt customers to complete 3DS authentication, making a determination for each user based on the desired parameters.

By default, you won’t be able to change those colors as they are usually controlled by the payment gateway!

In order to confirm the compatibility you will have to discuss this with the plugin developers by opening a new thread here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/qty-increment-buttons-for-woocommerce/
However, for this case, I went ahead and downloaded it on my test site and it appears to be working with Storefront 🙂 if you are having issues please reach out to the developers.

As of now, PayPal Payments is not yet compatible with WooCommerce Blocks however, our developers are working on it.

WooCommerce PayPal Checkout hasn’t changed anything because there have been no updates since 1 Sept 2021 meanwhile we have also stopped supporting it from 1 Mar 2022.
Please switch to PayPal Payments as going forward it will be the only one which we will support.

Both directories you have listed belong to the core WooCommerce plugin and not to WooCommerce Blocks 🙂

Can you please clarify whether this happened with the default Storefront theme and the latest version of Facebook for WooCommerce extension on your site?
Or was it with Divi and the latest version of Facebook for Wooommerce?
In case the issue was with a default theme please do let us know otherwise I’d suggest temporarily keeping the older version but also reporting this to Divi so that they can apply a fix on their next release 🙂

I see that the issue you had with the IPN sounds like it has now been resolved? Can you please confirm this?
Meanwhile, status changes will in WooCommerce will not affect the payment in PayPal same as with refunds 🙂
