Don’t insert the picture in the post, just include the link in the custom field.

Please post back to let me know that it worked for you. Arras is a cool theme but I am having issues with the side bar layout (going crazy on me), till I get this solved I will activate it on my site.

Also did you figure out how to change the size of the top (slide show)? once I switched layout to two sidebars, the slider over laps. If you figured that one out please post it here.

also what would you do if you don’t have a picture for your post? is there any way to get rid of the (x) next to the post name

I installed that theme on my site too, It looks great but

WAIT till you start adding widgets to the side bar; sit back, lift your legs and see the BIG FAT MESS where some go at the bottom of the page when I am trying to put them in top, or the sidebar would go at the bottom of the page and extend across the whole page and so on…

I loved the theme but it’s un-useble to me and no one at their forum would care to address the issue, I posted the issue four or five days ago, still nothing.

go to the widget edit page in you admin, and remove recent posts from the side bar.

the widget edit page is under the Appearance, click on Appearance then click on widgets, a page with two columns appear, the left side lists all the plugins and widgets; the right side lists all the widgets that are to appear in your side bars. Drag the the one that says older entries out.

just wondering how you did the categories to show in column and rows. When you click on the category on the left you only get little four line info that links to the full post.

I am trying to do this on my web site, when I click on the category, all the postings shows up, I just put the site together, I am not even close to being done with the set up but once I start adding postings I would like them to show up similar to your layout. If interested to look at what I mean please go to http://www.recipetrezor.com. Once you click on any of the categories that has more than one posting you get the full postings on the page.

I am still setting up the database and the structure of the categories, so if things did not make sense it’s because it work in progress.
