In reply to: [Sydney] Notice “Sydney Pro Header Update” won’t disappearHi Kharis,
I tried to install the free Sydney theme and activate it. Then I went back to Sydney Pro and it worked fine. The line sydney-update-header was added and the notice disappeared.
Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [Sydney] Notice “Sydney Pro Header Update” won’t disappearYes, I’m using an admin account.
I was partially wrong: the line sydney-update-header-dismiss exists and is set to 1. But the line sydney-update-header is not there.

In reply to: [Sydney] Notice “Sydney Pro Header Update” won’t disappearWe already tried to click the button several times. That’s the issue we are reporting… It doesn’t work. A confirmation message appears, we click OK, but the notice keep showing.
By asking if it writes something in a file, I’m trying to diagnostic the problem.

In reply to: [Sydney] Notice “Sydney Pro Header Update” won’t disappearHi,
When clicking the button this message appears: “Are you sure you want to dismiss this notice?”. But answering “OK” does nothing.
By the way, we are running WordPress in French (5.8.1-fr_FR), if that matters, and Sydney Pro 2.1.9.
