    Thanks Caleb, It is actually theme which is creating problem. When I changed theme to WordPress Twenty Sixteen all the products were displaying correctly.

    I think I need to update the theme.

    Let me check if I can go with present theme.

    Thanks for Reply Mike. They are actually assigned to those categories. There are only three categories and all three categories do not have any parent. I uploaded the products using CSV import suite and I can see the products under books category but not under remaining two. Even if I click on All(126) products it is just showing 66 products which are under books category.

    Frontend shop page it is working fine and I can see all the products under all the categories. Backend those products are disappeared.

    Regarding conflict with another plugin I have only these active plugins.

    Regenerate Thumbnails
    Relevanssi
    SendinBlue Subscribe Form
    Slider Revolution
    The Events Calendar
    W3 Total Cache
    Woocommerce
    Wp google map
    WPBakery Visual Composer
