I contacted them but they told me to contact wordpress…and wordpress does not offer email contact just through phone call and i can’t do that.

Check to see where your domain is pointing to” – my site it’s installed on the homepage ( freeswaps.net ) , i think is in the main directory ; i installed the wordpress through in-built system of ipage.I did not use a ftp like filezilla.
And the domain is pointing to ipage servers.
