The easiest would be to add a unique category to ask these posts and then exclude the category.

Check the Power User settings at the bottom of the ratings settings section in your WP admin’s dashboard. Activate it, and you’ll find it as one of the examples there. Don’t forget to remove the rest of the examples before you save the settings.

So for example, one of our users is running a video awards contest. He is using a specific category named “video” for all posts that represent videos in the contest. With RatingWidget, he selected to show the ratings only for that category, and we helped him to modify the ratings so voters won’t see how many votes each video already received and what is the current average rating. When the contest ends, this client leverages our management dashboard to nominate the contest winning videos.
