My WooCommerce currency is already set to Indian Rupee (INR).
Could you please tell me which currency your test checkout detected? If it was not INR, I’d like to know what currency PayPal received during the request.
I am located in India and my PayPal Business account is approved for receiving international commercial payments.

Hi,
I am using WooCommerce 11.0.0 and WooCommerce PayPal Payments 4.1.2.
My PayPal Business account is fully verified and connected successfully.
The logs show:
- Merchant successfully connected to PayPal
- OAuth Token: 200 OK
- Failed to subscribe webhooks (404 Not Found)
- Merchant integrations: 404 Not Found
- Could not fetch sellers status (cURL error 28)
PayPal Support checked my account and confirmed there is no issue with my PayPal account. They advised me to contact WooCommerce because the problem appears to be with the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin.
I have already disconnected and reconnected my PayPal account, but the issue still persists.
