Since you mentioned JS is enabled, I would suggest checking the same functionality with a different browser, or from a private tab. It’s probably happening due to browser issues or conflicts with extensions enabled on the browser.

Did you rename the Uncategorized category to guide? I see the redirect is being done from rankmath plugin so it’s better to check rankmath settings once and see if there are any redirects.
Also, I see you are using a category strip feature so disabling that feature and checking it once should also give a clear idea of the error.
