In reply to: [IP Location Block] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “SERVER_PORT” inHi @darkog,
Thanks for resolving this issue. I have upgraded to the latest version and can confirm the warning is no longer appearing in the error log file on centos/php8.
Cheers

In reply to: [WPS Hide Login] PHP wanring errorsDisplay of errors and warnings is indeed on production turned off but we still monitor the error log.
This kind of warning is PHP8 compatiblility issue and needs to be addressed. Burying head in the sand does not help, especially as we are being pushed to moving to PHP8.
I have disabled this Plugin for now.Hi Marko,
That’s great!
I have removed the plugin and manually added the Rule above – in the htaccess file, to manually disable XMLRPC.PHP access.
Thanks for your help
RamThanks for your quick response Marko, much appreciated,
Just to confirm, this is NOT a server permission problem.
I have tested this and can confirm that the plugin ‘Disable XML-RPC’ used is changing/setting the htaccess permissions to 0444 even after I manually change it to 0644.
If I disable the plugin ‘Disable XML-RPC’, there are no issues, the permission remains as 06444.
Wordfence also seems to add content to the htaccess file, but not had issues there.
The other option is I use another plugin to disable XMLRPC.
Thanks
Ram
