As someone has already mentioned, visit the bulk editor screen and you will see that nothing is lost. No hours of hard work are gone, no data is gone. Temporary solutions until the next update are to roll back to the previous stable version prior to 3.0, or just deactivate for now. No need to panic! 🙂

except focus keywords my focus keywords are fine right now
and i think data is not completely gone, when i check tools/bulk editor every title and description is still there .

i also cleared the cache by the way
