Sadly it’s not working.As far as I can see there is a way to ass such icons via the extended format bar when you’re in a Gutenberg text block – But there is no such way when using the full site editor that is the main feature of Twenty Twenty-Two.
Maybe it will be added it future release?

Please note that according to woocommerce PayPal Standard is hidden for new installations and strongly encourage to use the recommended PayPal Payments extension instead.
I think I even saw that it’s no longer supported at all – but I can’t find it now.
Any way – Can you please update your plugin so it will work with WooCommerce PayPal Payments?
