Hi alexmustin,
I had the same issue while using the payment method by stipe. I figured out the issue. If you want to show the “Payment Methods” menu when it is clicked or active then you have to enable “Enable Payment via Saved Cards”
I have the same issue about “payment methods” navigation on “my account” page. Payment Method menu disappears when it is clicked or active.
