Have a client with the exact same problem but I’ve not been able to replicate it. Did you find an answer?

Thanks Joe. Downloaded and installed the plugin. Works great!
I can’t believe this “feature” exists. At least make an option to disable it, or more the entire branch of that hierarchy to the top of the list.
