Yes, it works fine for first entry.

But for second entry, when I am choosing start date, for end date it should give me option as per second entry(Start date) which is not what its doing. Its giving me same options from the first entry for start date.

Also, even If I don’t create multiple entry (Only use one entry in filegroup) while submitting this form. After submitting form, it will broke phone number field (International) then I have to refresh this page again.
